Having been certified to me by the three Election Judges, the official election results are as follows:

Total Ballots Counted  =  768

(There were an additional nine Provisional ballots ruled invalid by the Election Judges, which were not opened and not counted in the totals above.)
 
Authorization to Incur Indebtedness:     Yes = 477 votes; No = 262 votes.
 
Director #1 Position: W. Bodle = 315 votes; S. Wust = 450 votes.
Director #2 Position: J. Bradley = 423 votes; T. Willmott = 338 votes.
Director #3 Position: L. Niemeyer = 350 votes; J. Jenkins = 410 votes.
Director #5 Position: R. Armstrong = 414 votes; J. Hawkins = 350 votes.
 
I hereby certify that the Authorization to Incur Indebtedness was approved by the electors and that Stephen Wust, Jerry Bradley, James Jenkins, and Roberta Armstrong were elected to the Board of Directors of the Eldorado Area Water and Sanitation District.
