District staff is employed to carrying out the day-to-day operational responsibilities for management and administration of the District under the direction of the Board of Directors.  

Management Staff
General Manager David Denig-Chakroff, hired in December 2009, is responsible for District management and administration, contact at [ email ].    In addition, some managerial tasks are being performed by Board members.

Operations Staff
CH2M HILL has been contracted to provide system operations and maintenance for the District as well as customer service and billing.

Consultants
In addition, the District periodically engages legal counsel, engineering consultants, hydrologists, auditors and other professional consultants to provide required services for effective management.  

Administrative Support
