The District offices are located at 1 Caliente Road in the Sierra Plaza (across Vista Grande from the Agora shopping center):

• Administration Office (Suite F) houses the General Manager and administrative functions.
• Customer Service and Billing Office (Suite D) provides all customer and business services for the District.
• Operations Office (Suite B) houses the operations and field staff.

Board meetings are held at the Eldorado Community Improvements Association (ECIA) complex at 1 Hacienda Loop in the Railroad Room.  More information about Board meeting times and locations can be found at the Meetings and Minutes page of this website.

Operational facilities of the District (e.g., wells, pumping stations, storage tanks) are located throughtout the Eldorado area.  More information about our operational facilities can be found at the Utility Information page of this website.

Future Facilities

The District has received County approvals for a development plan to build a combined office/maintenance facility at 190 Avenida Vista Grande, near the corner of Ave. Vista Grand and Monte Alto Rd.  The 5.4 acre site is currently owned by the District and is the location of a large water storage tank.  The District does not currently have funding to proceed with development, but will be looking into financing options for the project.
